1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20 Papsoe (25131) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JUL 3, 2005
(Bottle 33 cl) Apparently there’s no limit as to what the German breweries will mix in order to win some lost market-shares back from the young segment. This is the first time I experience scwarzbier used as the base. And here it’s mixed with cola an guarana. But it tastes okay, a birt like Danish "hvidtřl", perhaps. The cola absorbs most of the bitterness. 161003

1 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 1/20 MiP (12136) - Sřnderborg, DENMARK - FEB 27, 2006
Bottle. Looks like cola, except the head is more stable. Smells and tastes like a bad, citric cola except for a little bitterness in the aftertaste.

Bottle. No head - bubbles only - just like a soda. Aroma is citrus. Taste is awful with a weird sweetness and acidity. Bad combo here.
1.3 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 4/20 yngwie (10758) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - SEP 27, 2007
Bottle at Berliner Bierfestival. The body has the brown color of cola, and is topped by a creamy, beige head. Cola nose with some hops, but I don’t think all the hops in the world could make it pleasant. The flavor has cola and hops as well, and is quite sweet. Cola sweet that is. Medium, sweetish mouthfeel and a finish with, yes, you guessed it, cola and some hops. Definately my cup of tea. (070804)

Botella. Deep dark brown, short fizzy head. The aroma is quite sweet with cola and some roasty malt. Fair mouthfeel. The flavour is rather unpleasant with sweet cola, some roasty malt and bitter hops. Sweet cola roasty finish.

It is black with a red hue and a creamy head. The aroma has notes of cola and fruit, that must be guarana. The flavour is sweet with notes of cola, guarana/citrus and it has a dry, light acidity, It feel synthetic all the way through.
