Tasted on 1/7/14 from a capped 330mL bottle purchased at Craft Brewed. Pours nearly opaque dark amber with a thick tan head that slowly recedes to average lace. The nose is more yeasty bread than anything else with some darkly roasted malt and just a touch of noble hops. The flavor is the same, with more bread than anything else, but the noble hops coming through a bit more and the roasted bitterness on the back of the palate. The body is light with average carbonation and a medium bread and lightly bitter finish.

Dark brown to black colored, medium strong a bit creamy tan head. Aroma is of caramel, Munich, nuts and bit of roasted malt. Taste is moderate sweet caramel, some Munich malt, some nuts, toasted bread and not too strong roasty dryish finish with low+ bitterness. Light to medium bodied, a bit watery texture, medium carbonation. Opinions vary with each bottle, always better from a 0.33.
