Draught at Koulu. Small head is very blond beige and forms a long lasting lacing. Dark brown to reddish liquid is cloudy. Caramel malts and quite much colour malts in the aroma with light roastednees. Hints of dried fruits and some hops. Maybe even nuts? Quite sweet flavor with light bitteration. Medium body and soft texture. A bit watery finish. Malty and quite well balanced dunkel that is a bit thin.

Dark brown colored, slight red hints. Medium sized thick yellow head. Sweet, caramelly and slight yeasty aroma. After one year I’ve been here, this reminds me of previous Koulu-brews I had. Medium bodied. Flavor starts with sweet caramel also, ending dries. Not very interesting.

Draught at Koulu. Deep red-brown color with tan head. Sweet malty, nutty and caramelly aroma with licorice notes. Sweet honeyish and nutty maltiness in the flavor. Good fresh maltiness, but too sweet.
