2nd beer in the blindtasting.
Pours an impressive golden with a big, beautiful, creamy, white head. Super duration. Aroma is very grassy, some pine, a little cardboard and crisp malts. Medium carbonation, fine mouthfeel that borders on slightly thin. Flavour is pleasantly bitter, good chewy malts and generally a nice balance.

Draught at Modry Abbe, no.2 on the blind tasting. Gold with white head. This came out as relatively hoppy, in a Saaz hop type of way, light lemony, grassy and dry. Seemingly quite carbonated and scented, but the body is thin and unsubstantial.

Draught at blind tasting at Modry Abbe. Clear gold, thick cream head. Looks like a typical Svetle. Possible diacetyl. Bit of butter. The rest is a pretty standard lager. Quite highly carbonated. OK. Some bitterness on finish.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 rickgordon (3815) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - JUL 7, 2008
Blind tasting from draught at Modrý Abbé
Pale golden colour. Fresh, delicat hoparoma with pale maltiness. Low on hops in flavour and light on its feet with pale maltiness. A delicate beer, that gained from being sampled as number two amongst nine beers. Tad butterscotchy, that just adds to the mouthfeel. The bitterness is just wonderful, fresh, crisp and grassy.
