KimJohansen (6678), Copenhagen V, Denmark Aug 28, 2008 Clear golden with large white head. Sweet fruity aroma with hoppy and caramel notes. Sweet flavor with caramel, hoppy and mild fruity notes. Well carbonated. Ends bitter. thewolf (5662), Kolding, Denmark Jul 10, 2008 Tap @ Koutland, Plzen.
Pours deep, clear, golden with some coppery character to it. A medium, creamy, stable and lightly off-white head settles atop it. Aroma is soft, good maltiness and very crisp hops with biscuity notes. High carbonation, but still very creamy. Flavour is wonderful, lots of malty crispness and character, before finishing of with a sharp, dry and hoppy ending.
