Sathorael (151) - Oceanside, California, USA - MAR 6, 2014
Poured on tap in Chisinau Moldova. Pours dark ruby brown with large tan/light brown head that persists. Decent lacing. Aromas of light chocolate, cream, dark breads, subtle dark fruits. Slightly muted. Taste is sweet and has flavors of subtle dark fruits, plum, whole grain bread crust, a slightly nutty (walnut?). Pleasantly carbonated mouthfeel. Finish is sweet and lasting with a medium mouthfeel.

Wischylini (138) - Grimstad, NORWAY - MAR 2, 2014
Pours a clear dark ruby colour, with no head. Apart from a strong aroma of metal and stale hops, the aromas are generally mild, with faint notes of caramel and nuts. The taste is sweet and mild, with a fairly long aftertaste. The mouthfeel is thin, watery and fizzy. This beer looks a lot better than it tastes (apart from the non-existent head). One of the ingredients listed is sugar.

Pours no head on a dark brown body. The aroma is mild roasted malt, dry hay and grain. Pleasant. The taste is roasted malt with mild lemon and molasses. The texture is thin and smooth with moderate carbonation. It’s a nice dark lager, easy to drink.
