2.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
A reasonable dark lager style beer. Nothing that interesting about it, has some good malt flavours but is a little thin on the palate. Good bitterness, lighter side of the Dunkel style for me.

An interesting beer. Very sweet and a good mix of carbonation and smoothness. Too sweet overall, I think.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Reddish brown color, small beige head. Aroma of roasted malt with hints of caramel and coffee. Taste is sour sweet and malty with notes of caramel and dark fruits. Light body and soft carbonation. Nice, drinkable and enjoyable dunkel.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
500ml bottle from a local supermarket in Helsinki, Very dark reddish brown colour, large fizzy mostly diminishing off-white head, fair lacing. Aroma of dark bread, molasses, toast and a hint of coffee and floral hops. Taste is initially quite balanced but a bit on the sweet side, turning into a slightly bitter finish with a slightly astringent feel. Lively carbonation, medium body, oily texture. Passable dark lager, the aroma and flavour could be more intense and it would even be good. Didn’t like the very mild hopping either, but I can certainly understand why many people who are not into "beer" as it is known here generally like it. Probably not a bad thing to drink with some pork-related dishes.

A tökélentes ivó barnasör. Könnyed, abszólút vizes test, mégis karakteres malátás ízérzet. Csodálantos.

Prague-07. Black-red colour with low head. Has some nice malt notes, but could use much more.

Quite a nice dunkel. But overall impression; nothing special. It lacks body, but has a nice head.

2.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
nice dark brown body with quite stable head, medium lacing, aroma is sweet smoked malts, caramel, but the taste was poor, no roast, no smoke, strange hop bitterness in the backgroung, like fruit tea with thin dunkel

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours dark reddish brown with a few mm’s of light brown head. Aroma is earthy, roasted notes, caramel, nuts. Flavours are more caramel, subtly roasted notes and chocolate, light grassy hops in the finish. Not much complexity, but a nice beer. Loads of flavour for the low abv, and as expected, a bit thin.

Wife tried at Lokal on first beer stop in Prague. Really great dunkel-style beer. Soft, sweet. Malty fresh delicious. Had at Easter markets and various stops during the rest of the trip. Served in a glass with a hanging handle - kind of cool.
