COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Has a smoothly bitter taste, a soft malt and hops scent and sparkles perfectly. This highly malted beer is considered to be an excellent lager both at home and abroad

Barely any taste, smell not much. The aftertaste disappears quickly, and unfortunately this is a boring beer to drink.

50 cl can.Creamy honey nose. Golden color with large white head with legs. Aroma cereal first, earthy after taste with butterscotch. Taste medium sweetness, medium bitterness, lightly sour. Palate light body, thin feel, fizzy, bitter finish. Not as good as I hoped.

On tap at the Kingsdown Wine Vaults, Bristol 16/10/2012. Deep gold with no head and plenty of fizz. Easy drinking, malty lager with a moderately bitter finish. Ok.

Bottle. Golden clear with a nice white head. Aroma of cut grass. Flavour has a little more malt to it than a lot of Pilsners. Finish has the familiar grassy hay bitterness. A fine example.

Golden colour with white head. Ordinary pale lager, but absolutely ok. Medium malty and hoppy flavour and aroma.

From a 500ml bottle on 29/9/2012. Pours a clear light yellow with a biggish fluffy head. The aroma is grassy, grainy and malty. It tastes of bready and biscuity malt, with a medium hop bitterness, featuring just a touch of citrus. A way above average pale lager, which would do the trick for a session.

(Draught Olivers Bar .Rochester) Not bad . A bit soulless but @ 1 am in some lame bar its pleasant. Malt driven I would reflect, could do with a more crisp hop dryness to show some Bohemian flair.

[keg, Brown’s, Edinburgh] Pours every inch the Czech lager – crystal clear gold, large puffy white head, rising stream of bubbles. Aroma is sweet, bready and with some tangyness from the hops. Similar flavours. It’s alright, but nothing more [18082012]

Very clear, golden bodied with a nice solid white head. The same light grainy base aroma as the 10 has, maybe a bit of extra honey. Slightly more carbonation here as well, which reduced the smoothness a bit even with the added bit of alcohol. Light bitter taste, not without any character. Strangly, i even get some of the alcohol in the end. No, this isn’t great. Actualyl prefer the more drinkable 10 degree svetly.
