COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Has a smoothly bitter taste, a soft malt and hops scent and sparkles perfectly. This highly malted beer is considered to be an excellent lager both at home and abroad
This beer is also brewed at "Plzensky Prazdroj (SABMiller)" in Plzen, Czech Republic.

Bottle in Czech. Pretty decent pilsener, nice and smooth, perfect for downing in a Czech penzion.

Bottle: Very refreshing beer. I liked the hoppy aroma. Goes down smooth and - like a good pilsener - leaves a nice bitterness behind on the tongue. A good solid beer. I missed some color of the beer but ok for a pilsner.

50 cl can Fine grassy hoppiness, and quite full fllavour from the malt. ’a good pilsener, though the competition is fierce.

Nice fresh malty and fruity aroma with not as much hops in the aroma as expected. Nice nevertheless. Clear golden colour. White head that dissapears fast. Taste is more malty then other czez beers, and not as hoppy as most. Pleasent but a little dull.

Can: Poured a yellowish color pilsner with a big white foamy head with good retention. Aroma of what seems like corn and adjunct is quite surprising since I didn’t though Czech brewery were using those ingredient. Taste is also bland with very little malt and no hops at all. Overall, I was quite disappointed with this one and was expecting closer to Pilsner Urquell then this.

500 ml can. Mild aroma, golden colour, pleasant hoppy flavour and smooth finish on the palate. One of my faves.

Love the color and head, they sure look inviting! The fruity bitterness of the hops persist in your mouth, but lacks complexity. The perfect beer for a picnic.

Grassy and hoppy, but fades fast. A bit more malt character than some pilseners. Undemanding but very refreshing.

500 mL can. (4.8%). White head that thickens and persists, but doesn’t stick. Grassy aroma. Light gold in colour. Didn’t get the sweetness, but didn’t get much else either. A bit of hoppy bitterness, no oftertaste. Very drinkable, but not very challenging. I’d be curious to try it on tap.
