COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Has a smoothly bitter taste, a soft malt and hops scent and sparkles perfectly. This highly malted beer is considered to be an excellent lager both at home and abroad
This beer is also brewed at "Plzensky Prazdroj (SABMiller)" in Plzen, Czech Republic.

Overall a great great beer. Goes down even better after trying other, inferior, beers! It is the best medium beer I have tried, better than Staropramen and even Pilsner! I prefer Czech beer, in general, but this one easily takes the cake. A number of people I know think Staropramen’s "Granat" is better but I don’t agree. I also like Kozel because it has less of a bite.

One of the great beers in the world. While visiting Prague, do not forget to drink one of the tap.

This is my favourite pilsener. I’ve tried the other 2 czech pilseners known as Urquell and Czechvar. This is by far the best of the 3 big czech pilseners. Oddly, it’s cheaper than the aforementioned. A nice crisp pilsener, with a great hop finish. No aftertaste. Excellent value for your money.
