Pours golden color with small head. Aroma of grass, hops and grain. Flavor of mild fruits and hops, grain and hay. Straightforward.

Bottle (in the past, keg and can too many times over). Available all over Czech. A nice, light and hoppy Pilsner. Dry and a little thin with a pleasant bitterness. It’s reliable and cheap as shit in most cases. A good utility beer. I have a lot more time for the Cerny.

Maybe not the best beer in the world, but very refreshing and friendly when drunk over the top. Cool aroma, decent appearance, modest taste, palate so-so, and overall - a winner!

0,5 l bottle shared with McTapps. Hopes were high but the disappointment huge. Looks good with a nice hazel colour. Pours in also nice with a stable head. But aroma remind of a rotten animal or unwashed socks. Dry in the ending. Not to recommend.

Yellow golden body with small carbonation and a white thin head. Sweet cereals, tiny buy of classic hops, too rounded off. Not awesome. Characterless taste, light balanced bitterness but not bad. Nice mouth feel, the best part about this beer. Okay overall, but too light in aroma.

50cl Bottle from Tesco Plzn. Clear golden, medium sweet, bready, malty and light grassy bitter lager. Light-bodied. Decent.

500ml bottle. Clear golden colour with average to huge, collapsing, minimally lacing, white head. Strawy, grainy, minimally bitter hoppy aroma. Taste is strawy, minimally sweet grainy and malty. Soft palate, flat carbonation, though with a fresh, minimally prickling background.
