DAAIS; Bottle 500 ml. Pours clear amber to cobber with a off-white to tan, lasting, leaving lacing head. Nose is malt, loads of caramel, some dried fruit, plums and alcohol. Taste is moderate to heavy sweet, light bitter and spicy with a moderate lasting, warming finish. Body is medium, texture is oily to creamy, carbonation is soft.

Intensive caramel aroma. Small, quickly disappearing head. Dark ruby, clear body. Sweet caramel, roasted, chocolate taste with some contrasting bitterness. Not bad, but feels to be too sweet to be very drinkable.

Makea tuoksu, kullanruskea väri kohtalaisella vaahdolla. Maku bockkimainen ja kohtalaisen kuiva. Tiukkaa keskitasoa, ei oikein mun makuun.

Butelka 0.5L. Brunatne klarowne, niewielka piana bardzo szybko znika całkowicie. W aromacie karmel, melanoidyny, lekko winny, kwaskowaty i wiśniowy.

Dobre nawet tresciwe karmelowe piwo. Niewyczuwalny alkohol. Piana srednia ciemno zolta. Produkowane w Niemczech przez Herrnbrau. Ogolnie dobre i rzetelne piwo. Wyroznia sie na tle innych kozlakow w Polsce.

0.5 bottle. Extremely dark crimson in color, small brownish head of poor retention. Strong and sweet aroma of dark malts, berries, caramel, some acidic and vinous scents. The taste is sour more than anything else probably due to the emphasis on vinous flavors at this part, there is a malty backbone but not exactly prominent. Medium body, soft and somewhat slick texture, below-average carbonation. Finish is vinous and sour as well, medium-long at best. Overall the beer isn’t bad but honestly I expected more from a strong bock; the acidity and slight astringency don’t fit in here. It is the lack of balance that kills the enjoyment which the brew otherwise brings.
