Commercial Description:
Is a classic Czech "tmave" (dark) beer with a sweet malty, coffee-like accent. Sweet malts are to the fore on the palate with a hint of drying sensation and a degree of fruitiness on the very lightly hopped finish.

Bottle courtesy Ibrew2or3. Pours a very dark brown with a one finger tan head that leaves good lacing. Aroma of roasted malt, coffee, caramel, and chocolate. Taste is the same as aroma but less prominent. Medium mouthfeel with a mild amount of bitterness. Very good.

Bottlle courtesy of Ibrew2or3. Pours black with a nutty head. Aroma is light malt roasty and caramel. Taste is the also of light malt, a little hops and caramel. Everything is quite light in taste and this one is a welcome change from the usual pilsner.Good drinkability.
