Brewed for Craywinckelhof @ Lubbeek, apparently a brewery to come.

Shared with wim at my home. Clear blond colored beer with small white head and no carbonation. Herby fruited aroma. Full sparkling palate. Finish is alcoholic bitter sweet.

330 ml bottle at home. Pours hazy golden with a frothy white head. Taken from notes Heavy malt and yeast aroma. Too much carbonation for the medium body the beer has. Taste is nothing special.

75cl bottle. Orange with small , snowy white head. Nose : classic apricot and banana with hints of citrus and cherry, tart, caramel. Ginger cookie (speculous). Sip : medium density, low carbonation, oily texture. Sweet beer with cookie, ginger bread flavour with strong fruity esters. Really well balanced beer overall. Very little bitter hopping but like I said, well balanced, maybe a bit too cloying but pleasant in mouth and tasty. Im well surprised.

Tasted @ home from bottle 33 cl. (bought BB festival Mechelen) Darkgolden to orange color, yellowisch head. Aroma strange malts, bit sweet. Medium body. Taste sweet, malts, some yeasty, bit hopsbitterness.

Very good, dense yellow head over orange-golden beer. Veggie nose, with a jumble of malts, totally unbalanced aromas. Sweet-metallic, bit sweaty, meaty, dry yeasty flavours. Thick texture - way too thick for a tripel. Strange "tripel". Even stranger from De Proef.
