Bottle @ Barely Legal Tasting Room Pours dark amber, rather big white head . Smell is sweet . Sugary, bit yeasty Taste is surprisingly bitter ( yet not really bitter ) some coffee notes, roasted malts . Sweetness here feels more like maltsweetness . Bit metallic in the aftertaste . Not too bad !

330 ml bottle - tasted at home. Taken from notes. Pours clear marroon brown with a white head. Aroma of malt, some cloves. Nice carbonation in the body, balancing the sweetness. Taste is honey, nuts. Average beer though.

75cl bottle. Dark red with medium, ivory grey head. Nose : tart, dought, cooked red and dark fruits. Dried prunes and raisins. Spices ; mostly clove and cardamom. Sip : oily texture, moderate carbonation, low to medium thick body. Sweet and tart with cooked cherries and other red fruit tart flavour. Spicy and moderately bitter. The beer is mild at everything. Well balanced but not exciting neither.

Small yellowish head over hazy dark amber beer. Grassy nose, herbal, and caramel malts. Sweet-caramelly, bready. Finish is herbal, but light. Spritzy, slightly syrupy-slick. OK, nothing more.
