Strong and fresh cranberry aroma, outrageously tingly and lightly sour taste...good for a cranberry, not overdone, but not one of my favorite Kraftbrau's...

Just a hint of a soft malt base and some German hop character rise through pretty subtle (as fruit beers go!) cranberry in the nose. Nice tingly blend of fruit and good lager underneath; not a world killer. Sour at the finish.

RBSG2003(extended) (On tap at the brewery) This beer rocks! Light golden, slightly hazy lager. Small, quickly diminishing, white creamy head. I smell no cranberry, but plenty of citrus fruit, yeast, pepper and coriander. The flavor is very geueze-like! No fruit, other than lemon. Lightly bitter. Well- balanced and tart... lightly tart. Light-bodied with an oily mouthfeel and fizzy carbonation. Short, tart, lightly bitter, astringent finish. Fun brew! Very Lambic/Flanders Red-like. It's a fruity lager, so that makes sense. World-class in my book.
