I just got back from a mid-west brewery tour of sorts. After hitting Bells up, I went across the street to the rebellious punk rock dive/brewery that is Kraftbrau. What a cool place. It was closed but we pounded on the door and were let in despite being 4 hours before it’s supposed to open. I ordered the Crème Ale. And damn I liked it. Very carbonated with a sweet corn and vanilla taste. Wasn’t very Golden looking, but tasted great for the style. I see that this brewery doesn’t get many good ratings, but I loved the one beer I ordered from there. I hope someone can add a more competent review for this Crème Ale. Yummy.
