COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A light amber ale brewed with select German malts and yeast. We use just the right amount of Cascade and Centennial hops to provide a good balance of sweetness and bitterness.

A cloudy copper-colored beverage with a thin, off-white tan head. Aroma was that quaint combination of pine and popcorn. Strong buttered popcorn flavor, with notes of pine. Very thin body overall. Somewhat tedious and uninteresting.

On tap @ the brewpub: Pours copper with a white head. Aroma yeast and pale malts, some pine. Flavor, floral notes, pale malts, yeasty, some more pine. Not bad.

tap at the brewpub - Pours coppery with a small head. The aroma and flavor both feature some moderately strong pine hops. There’s some light malt as well in this medium bodied ale. It’s a fairly average pale ale.

On tap at Kraftbrau. Poured a small white head that mostly diminished, excellent lacing, fine-small sized bubbles, transparent, no visible carbonation, and a pale yellow hue. Aroma was malty, sweet and hoppy. Flavor was sweet, hoppy and lightly malty. Hoppy mouthfeel. Medium body.

citrus nose, thick head, salty soapiness in the taste; not the best I have ever had, no the worst.

Dark golden beer out of the bottle with a solid white head and a very fresh, pine citrus nose. Tastes of orange peel, pine and I swear celery leaves. Thinnish body with lots of carbonation on the tongue. As it warms it gets more of a raw hop juice burn. Enjoyable pale ale but better with a sandwich.

Schroppfy (2335) - Łódż, Warsaw, Poland; Michigan, Ohio, USA - APR 12, 2003
A fairly hoppy pale ale, with fair body, deep bitterness, relatively little fruitiness. My aroma and flavor was all bitter hops, tinged with malt. Perhaps it wasn't fresh enough to get the sweet fruit that dabosk and marinaro500 got...who knows? But not bad, just doesn't distinguish itself.

Light golden beer with some carbonation detectable. Dry malty beginning with sweet fruity burst ending with a soapy hops flavor.

Some peach and some sort of melon in the aroma. Slightly bitter finish, some fruitiness. OK.
