Unclear hazy light to medium yellow orange color with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, light to moderate yeasty, rubber, banana - clove notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is light medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20090910]

Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, wheaty, banana and light citrus. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Dry and light bitter finish. 080412

Bottle. Slightly hazy golden with medium white head. Aroma is malt, wheat, yeast and fruit. Flavour is malt, wheat, medium sweet, yeast, little banana, hop and tiny bit bitter.

Dark yellow coloured and hazy. Has a white head, mostly lasting. Yeasty and spicy , faint coriander and a bit astringent. Sweet flavor, more fruity notes and still a bit sharp. Creamy texture.

Bottle. Pours an unclear and amber beer with a white head. The aroma is malt, sweetness, fruit, yeast and dust. The flavor follows the nose closely. The palate has a high level of carbonation. Overall an average beer with too much carbonation.

Pours cloudy yellow with a large white head. Aroma is wheat, co2, light banana and clove. Flavour is wheat, ligh sour, clove and light banana.

Hazy orange color, good cloudy white head. Spicey wheaty nose with notes of orange, clove, bubblegum and banana. Medium-bodied, foamy mouthfeel. Orange, orange peels, some banana, light spices. Quite yeasty. Decent spicey weizen.

Bottle (bought from the brewery). Hazy goldeny orange colour with mediumsized white creamy/foamy white head. Aroma is fruity, bananaish, a bit yeasty, sweet malty, wheaty as well as mildly honeyish. Flavour is wheat, spices, some yeast, mild bananaish notes, some honeyish notes as well as some slight hoppyness. A very pleasant German style hefeweizen.

Botella. Deep cloudy golden colour, medium white creamish head. What sweet fruity (some banana) bit yeasty aroma. Good mouthfeel. Flavour has a pleasant mild sweetness with wheat, yeast, some ripe fruit, banana and light spice. Some infection noticed.

Bottle sampled at Papsø’s on 8/30/09: Pours a clear deep golden with a well-lacing white head. Aroma of lightly sweet malty wheat with some clove spice and lemon citrus notes. Starts with average fullness and a light malty wheaty sweetness with some lemon tartness and mild clove spice before a slightly buttery drier finish. An ok attempt at the style, but could be fuller with less tartness.
