500 ml bottle, from Voldby Købmandsgård. ABV is 5.5%. Some sediment in the bottle. Clear amber colour (cloudy when the yeast is poured in), moderate off-white head. Lovely fruity / citrussy aroma of Cascade hops. Refreshing flavour, distinct Cascade hops throughout, on a background of moderate malty sweetness, distinct bitterness in the finish. Very enjoyable.

Bottle 50 cl. Hazy amber with an orange glow. Medium white head. Aroma of Cascade hops and hints of malt. The taste is slightly sweet down notes of something like flowers. Fresh grapefruit and citrus sensation too. Afbalenceret and customize hop bitterness in the taste and aftertaste

(Bottle, 0.5 l - BBE 21-06-2011, courtesy of oh6gdx, thanks, 20110507) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized, fizzy and white. Aroma had citricness, sweetness and a little bit of paper. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, berries, sweetness, pine, strawberry and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet and bitter. The flavours were messy, Aroma was quite ok.

Bottled 500ml (BB 06/2011)
Orange color, small white head. Light hops, yeast and barnyard. At first very odd aroma, later after warming up, more normal. Light body, a bit watery. Light pale malts, some sweetish fruityness, light hops. Standard uninspiring APA.
