Smagen starter med noter af caramelmalt og slutter med præg fra den klassiske engelske East Kent Goldings humle.

Pours orange amber, slightly hazy. Almost no head. Aroma is a bit spicy, malts and caramel. Highish carbonation, okay mouthfeel. Soft flavour, some cardboard, light dryness from the hops. Okay, but nowhere near super.

Light brown coloured and hazy. Has a white head, fully lasting. Aroma is moderate malty, faint caramel, light bread too. Flavor starts moderate sweet and finish light to moderate bitter, a bit odd, salty perhaps? Creamy texture.

500 ml bottle. as Kragelund ESB, from Voldby Købmandsgård. Batch No. 40. ABV is 5.6%. Amber colour, slightly hazy, large off-white head. Moderate but nice aroma, notes of herbal and fruity hops. The flavour has a fairly decent balance between the malts and hops, some sweetness in the middle, and the typical East Kent Goldings dry and "dusty" finish. Distinctly bitter aftertaste.

(Bottle, 0.5 l - ABV 5.6% - BBE 14-06-2011, courtesy of oh6gdx, thanks, 20110510) The beer poured copper coloured and hazy. Its head was quite large, white and long lasting. Aroma had malts, hops, mildly caramell and berries. Palate was medium bodied and dryish with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, hops, grain, caramell, mildly berries and quite strong bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet, malty and bitter. Quite nice. The noticeable berriness was quite mild and other flavours and scents were ok.
