Bottle sampled at Papsø’s on 8/30/09: Pours a lightly hazy pale golden with a thin, clingy-lacing white head. Aroma of lightly sweet pale malt with a touch of noble hops and faint fruity esters. Starts with a light malty sweetness and some mild earthy bittering hoppy balance before a smooth mild finish. A decent attempt at the style and very drinkable.

Pours golden with an off-white head. Aroma is crisp malt, fruity notes and light grassy hop. Flavour is crisp malt, light bitter, fruity notes and light grassy hop. Nice Kölsch.
