COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottle. An almost clear, golden-orange beer topped by a small, off-white head. Citrusy and piney nose with malts in the back. A tiny milky touch too. Bitter, piney and slightly doughy flavor, finishing bitter. Full-bodied and dry. A slightly unclean beer, but quite drinkable. 100331

Bottle @ Ølfestival, Esbjerg, 2009.
Pours murky golden with a nice, staying, creamy, off-white head. (My second and third helping of this beer was served as much clearer, and closer to amber). Aroma is lovely grassy, some pine, light sweet pilsner malts. Lowish carbonation, lovely dry and lightly creamy mouthfeel. Flavour starts mildly sweet with caramel and pilsner malts. Then some heavy hoppiness, lots of grass and pine-needles. Great dryness that just sticks. Really nice.
