Little head Dark Golden Brown. Nose with bacon caramel fruit and dry raisins. Medium body ned length. Healy with sone drysses with caramel, raisins, good with food? but a bit simple.

Bottle. Dark amber/brown with big of-white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, yeast and dried fruits. Flavour is malt, yeast, sweet, dried fruits, little caramel, little toffee, hops, plume, little bitter and notes of alcohol.

Amber colour with a creamy off-white head. Aroma is toffee and caramel. Taste is moderately sweet with some yeast and caramel. Aftertaste is spicy and leather. Merry christmas.

UPDATED: DEC 19, 2012 Bottle. Pours murky orange-brown with tiny white head. Aroma is yeast, yoghurt, copper, roasted malt and faint citrus. Taste is light to medium sweet, faint bitter and acidic towards the end. Body is oily with medium carbonation. Finish is short and soft. Some citrus, yeast and light spice. Faint chalky and metallic.

malty, spicy herbal hoppy, also flowery hoppy aroma. the main sensations are malts and flowers.
flavor is sweet malty, flowery, yet dry, bitter spicy, alc. well used and well hidden. faint flavor of dark fruits and raisins. A very well tasting quality non-agressive christmas beer. The belgian yeast makes it even better.
