Danish: dubbel men tilføjet ekstra humle for at hamle op med den danske julemad. Den holder 8% alkohol og er gæret på en belgisk trappistgær, som sammen med mørke karaktermalte og en kraftig smaghumling giver en fyldig krop med noter af rosiner og bær. Nydes alene eller med traditionel julemad.

bottle from Vinoble-favrskov dark clear amber smooth beige head malty, spicy herbal hoppy, also flowery hoppy aroma. the main sensations are malts and flowers. flavor is sweet malty, flowery, yet dry, bitter spicy, alc. well used and well hidden. faint flavor of dark fruits and raisins. A very well tasting quality non-agressive christmas beer. The belgian yeast makes it even better.

Amber and a bit unclear. Has an off-white head, mostly lasting. Aroma is yeasty and spicy. Flavor is sweet to a start, then spicy, sharp, bitter, yeasty. Creamy texture. LIvely carbonation.

Bottle. Low fluffy white head. Hazy dark brown body. Sweet berries raisin caramel aroma. Smooth caramel malt raisin flavor with little hops bitterness. Low carbonation, long sweet aftertaste. Too anonymous for my taste but OK.
