2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20 Bamsen78 (1038) - Sřnderborg, DENMARK - FEB 12, 2013
Bottle. Pours clear pale golden with airy white head. Distinct malty and yeasty aroma with notes of hop. Eerie, a little earthy notes intersperse the bitter hoppy flavour. Dry aftertaste. Quite interesting and not bad but just not my favourite BP.
2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 ElDesmadre (999) - Mikołów, POLAND - DEC 23, 2012
Bottle. Buttery aroma with some hops. Sharpish mouthfeel ending with a moderately strong Czech hop bitterness. The latter part is very nice, it’s a shame this batch turned out over-diacetyled. Also, it’s somewhat characterless.
3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 TheCametron (1332) - CZECH REPUBLIC - NOV 26, 2012
Bottle. Alongside the 10 and 11. I think this one is the best but the 10 gives it a surprising run for it’s money. Pours Golden with a thick White head. Abundant malty sweetness and a very dry, grassy hoppiness. The finish is really dry. Overall this is a really high-end Pilsner. Very refreshing.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 geophagus (156) - Lubin, POLAND - NOV 6, 2012
Clear gloden color. Big, thick, slowly falling, white head. Soft body, medium carbonation. Aroma: Butter, malty, hay, a bit hoppy: grass, flowers. Taste: Malty with moderate bitterness, a bit sour, metallic, butter, a bit hoppy. Medium long, bitter finish. Good, classic bohemian pilsner, but notes of diacetyl are too strong for me.
