Retired? Still metallic gold beer with a foamy white head. Airy nose; Smooth and crisp with a tangy, grainy maltiness. Little tanginess that I'd like in a Czech pilsner ... more creamy malt than anything, but a good lager.

Part of a gift six pack assortment. Golden color with big white head. Slight fruity and spicy aroma. Some bitterness in the flavor but a decent drink to have with food. Not one I'd sit and sip on its own.

This was really a terrible bottle of beer. Watery and grainy with the slightest hint of mustiness that pervades the aroma, making it really hard to drink.

I didnt like this at all, the nose was mild and had a faint wheat smell to it. Very watery and runny. Absolutely no head.

It smelled like a bread. It had no head or lacing and was orangie colored. It started salty and finished bitter; short finish.

Pale golden color with a thick white head. The aroma was much like a decent pilsener...spicy hops, grassy tones, slight malty sweetness. The flavor was similar to the aroma, but lacked the spicy hop character (which is the aroma's best asset.) Bubbly refreshing feel...semi-dry finish. This beer is not a doppelbock. I think it makes a decent pilsener though.

Light golden color with foamy off white head. Light grain and wintergreen hoppy malt. Sweet malt and dry cardboard flavor. A bit spritzy. Malt liquor with a touch of floral and spicy hops. Somewhat stale pale malt aftertaste.

When this beer was poured, it had a small white head with fine sized bubbles. The body was carbonated and the hue was pale yellow. The nose was malty and fruity and the flavor was bitter.
