Nice, not very special but it’s a descent beer and for sure more natural. NIce golden features and foam.

draft at kratochwill restaurant in ljubljana. saaz-like pine nut hops - sharp and pungent - in the nose. fluffy and minerally yeast, dusty, dry gravel and grass come to mind. significant bitterness, sharp and dry, excellent. good malt body, good heft, proper for a pils. fresh and lively, but some of the malt seems to be unkempt and starchy, rough and husky.

Draught at Kratochwill, Ljubljana. Notes from July 08. Golden with small white head that disappeared. Malty aroma and citrus hops. Sweet malt flavour with light bitterness in the finish.

01/08 Draught at Kratochwil pub in BTC. Had murky darker golden body with medium head. Honey and grainy malt nose, with grass hopiness. Flavor is quite nice, pretty harshly bitter with sweet grain moments, along with that sourish hoppy unpasteurized line following it all the time. Medium thick body with just fine carbonation. Finish was pretty long and bitter with slight honey sweetness. Not fantastic, but pretty good brew pub beer.
