| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Aug 7, 2009 Draught @brewpub, as Edel-Pils Straw colour and sparkly. Thick bleached head that falls down. Rich herbal hoppy aroma with no shortage of backing breadcrust. Well-balanced with herbal hop, moderate bitterness, light pale malts and some supporting diacetyl. This messes up the mouthfeel, however, introducing undue slickness that takes away from the herbal bitter character and the cleanliness of the pale malts. Beershine (2754), Traipsing Around, China
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Jul 20, 2009 Draft @ brewery. Yellow color but has a superlative thick tight, creamy head. Hoppy aroma screams pils. Is dry, grassy, herbal, clean and enough malt to back it all up. Great quaffable palate. The flavors match the aromas with lots of grassy herbal hops in the forefront that are well integrated with the sturdy malt backbone. Excellent pils! Miksu (2241), Jyväskylä, Finland
