Bottle @ Uncle Chris’ house in Fürth. Fairly clear, golden appearance with an off white head. A bit yeasty, grainy, rich hay, a bit sweet, floral aroma. Light corn, chewy straw, hay, somewhat sweet flavor. There’s a slight buttery element to it as well. Not as good as I was hoping.

ClubGonzo (4056) - Bergen, NORWAY - OCT 22, 2011
Bottle from Fenaknoken, Oslo. Pours a pale golden body with a medium white head. Aroma is grains, pale malts and hints of dusty hops. Taste is pale malts, grains, sawdust and hint of grass. OK German lager, but nothing soul-shaking going on here at all.

tfredvik (1134) - Oslo, NORWAY - OCT 19, 2011
UPDATED: APR 6, 2012 Clear, golden body with a medium white head that very soon reduces to filmy patches that leaves very little lacing. Mild and gentle malty aroma with caramel, honey, some nutty notes and traces of fruits. The taste is also quite on the malty side with a moderate sweetness, but some acidity and quite much bitterness is also present. Moderate to light bitter finish, and light acidity. Light to medium body, oily texture, medium to lively carbonation. Ok beer, I like the solid maltiness that is backed up by an almost equally solid bitterness.
[50 cl bottle, from Ultra Bryn, Oslo]

Palme (3385) - Bergen, NORWAY - JUL 27, 2011
0.5l bottle from Fenaknoken, Oslo. This pours a clear really really mild unfiltered golden orange - almost glowing - body with a small fading filmy off-white head. Aroma is peachy, sweet, light malty with some fruity-yeasty tones. Average carbonation, almost watery texture and medium to light-bodied. Tastes light caramel sweet, mild malty with low bitterness and a hint of yeast in the finish. A easy and uncomplicated beer.
