On tap, 0.33l. Hazy deep golden color with thick creamy white head and soft visible carbonation. Strong wheat aroma with hints of bananas and vanilla. 3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle from Cotteridge Wines, Birmingham. Poured badly yes, but never/nethertheless it’s a bit thin. Pretty refreshing, but a but bland also. It’s not the best Hefe, but heeeeeeeeey I’m still a Hefe guy.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Botlle stamped 28.11.12. Nose of light yeast and bubblegummy phenols. Hazy bright golden with a noisy but fluffy beige head. Light body, taste is sweet and tangy with a shallow undercurrent of bitter yeast, creamy texture giving way to the sourness found in other Germany wheat beers (though I’m thinking of those adventurous, rascal outlanders from the north). Drinks fine.
