Cloudy pale golden colour with a small to average sized foamy white head.
The aroma is yeast, some toffee, wheat, fruity sweetness and clove.
The flavour is yeast, wheat, mild alcohol, mild bitterness and spices.
Quite thin for a 5.5% Weißbier. Drinkable. Mild bitterness and sweetness in the aftertaste.

Pours cloudy yellow with a white head. Flavour is wheat, banana and clove. Flavour follows the nose.

Bottle @ End of the year, Odense Tasting 2012. Pours cloudy dark orange with a small creamy head. Sweet malty with notes of banana, yeast and wheat. Medium bodied. Slight acidic touch. Classic bavarian wheat.

It’s not really a Christmas Tasting in Odense. Hazy orange with a lasting white head. Yeasty aroma with clove and cinnamon. Dry and slightly tart yeasty flavour with banana and clove

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines, Birmingham. Poured badly yes, but never/nethertheless it’s a bit thin. Pretty refreshing, but a but bland also. It’s not the best Hefe, but heeeeeeeeey I’m still a Hefe guy.

Strong banana, very light cloves aroma. Light hazy golden color. Huge white head. Light sweet, medium sour, banana taste. Medium-full body. Nice weizen.

Botlle stamped 28.11.12. Nose of light yeast and bubblegummy phenols. Hazy bright golden with a noisy but fluffy beige head. Light body, taste is sweet and tangy with a shallow undercurrent of bitter yeast, creamy texture giving way to the sourness found in other Germany wheat beers (though I’m thinking of those adventurous, rascal outlanders from the north). Drinks fine.
