COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottle, 5.0%. Hoppy aroma, citrus, dust, hay. Cloudy orange colour. Good frothy white head. The flavour has citrus and hay. Grainy like a good rustic German zwickel.

50 cl bottle @ Timo A, BBE 08.05.2014
Aroma has english toffee and some hops. Flavour has lots of toffee typical to English ales, some grassy and English hops. Palate is a bit too high on CO2. Typical English Pale Ale – which still isn’t my favourite style.

Pours golden with a white head. Smells of citrus and some malts. Moderate sweet, some yeast fruityness. Light to moderate bitter finish with citrus. Maybe not the most bold brew in the world but it’s highly drinkable even in the sun

Bottle. 5.0%. Best before 06.06.13. Pours a slightly hazy yellow/golden with a creamy off-white head. Good lacing. Fresh, sweetish hop aroma, with a tart juicy note; apple and a bit of pineapple. Plastic overtone. Flavour is a bit tart, with hops and a plastic note. Slightly tart, mildly bitter finish. Lingering grassy note and a bit of apple as it warms. Overall pretty okay, if only not for the plastic notes. 25.04.13.

Defreni (2645) - Husum, DENMARK - MAY 28, 2012
Ellers kedelig.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a lazing beige. The aroma has notes of wet hay. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and straw, leading to bitter finish.

Pours a hazy and copper beer with a white head. The aroma is malt, caramel, weak phenol and some bread. The flavor follows the nose. The palate is sweetness. Overall an average beer.
