[bottle @ RBESG 2009, Grant Tasting] Bubblegum dark malt aroma with some scotch tape and roast but no toast. Black appearance under a beige ring. Sour black malt roasty flavour with a little coffee and a lot of bitterness. Light to medium body, moderate carbonation, moderate bitterness.

A stout should be better than this. Black coloured and with a light brown head, fully lasting, so far, so good. Aroma is burnt and roasted. Flavor is acidic and bitter, a bit unpleasent.

500ml bottle. Dark brown, almost black with a dense brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, liquorices and hops. Flavor is Bittersweet, burnt, fruity, malty. Quite balanced. Somehow a bit plain but very tasteful.
