garthicus (515), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Apr 14, 2008 Shared with HogTownHarry, Harrys bottle: Pours a pink-red colour with a pinkish white head, huge chunks of what we thought were cherries but seemed to be yeast sediment floating on the top! Some slight cherry in the aroma, sour alcohol aroma too. Such a bitter musty flavour, some dryness too. Hmmm
Glouglouburp (1876), Montreal, Quebec, Canada Jun 9, 2008 Updated: Jul 10, 2008In short: A sweet cherry-flavoured fluffy soft beer. Girly.
How: Bottle, 330ml, about 6 months old
The look: The gushing bottle poured a slightly cloudy pink-red body lots of particles even a few enormous ugly black chunks. Enormous pink-beige head
In long: Nose is perfumy, rose water, cherries and sweet. Taste is watery cherry juice and candy sugar with a light berries impression. Sweetness unfortunately kills the potential cherry sweetness. More perfume and rose-water in the taste. This is yet another girly sweet juicy fruity beer. Very short finish. Fluffy mouthfeel. Man look at that beer label!!! There’s only two things that I can think of that is more gay than this label, two guys cloth-shopping together and the beer itself. HogTownHarry (3141), Toronto (Harbourfront), Ontario, Canada Apr 14, 2008 Bottle (330ml). Shared with garthicus, my bottle via trade with Boutip. Murky red-brown, huge pinkish-white fluffy head, massive black chunk fell in Al’s glass. Dry peppery yeast aroma, some cherry. Taste - this was once probably a decent sour cherry beer, but it’s dry, stale and metallic. Dry, sour and somewhat stale, and the malt/fruit taste disappears too quickly. Ehhh. Clear red color, with white-reddish creamy head. Aroma sweet, with cherries.
Medium bodyy.
Taste sweet, light fruits (cherries). Storm (2677), Amager, Denmark Mar 22, 2008 Bottle. Unclear, orange colour with a huge head. Aroma of tart and sourness. Very sweet flavour of berries - very nice indeed!
