Cloudy tangerine - amber beer. Decent pinkish head which is quite noisy! Sounds like a bowl of Rice Krispies! Minerally nose with a touch of fruit. Crisp palate, fairly dry. Lightly tart with a nice touch of sweet and sour cherry. Light malt to offset. Finishes crisp and dry. Hint of marzipan. Nicely balanced beer. Just the right side of being too sour.

Süßer Geruch. Ausgewogen prickelnder und milder Antrunk, ebenso ausgewogen ist der Mittelteil, der leicht sauer und um so würziger daherkommt, mild aber ansprechend. Mild-würziger Nachgeschmack, eine Mischung aus sauer und rauchig herrscht hier.

Brick-red pour with a lightly pinkish head. the nose is fruity and cherry-laded with an almost candyish sweetness. It’s fairly tart on the back although quite simple. There’s a little bit of light funk and light lactic acidity. Meh... it’s not very good.

Bottled. Gorgeous red pour. Bright though watery aroma, balanced notes of cherry. Bitter, tannic flavor with a dash of diacetyl. Very mild overall. Bork bork bork.

33cl, exclusive brewery, from De Hopduvel Gent, complex Kriek, not balanced, hazy, good head, nothing special

33 cL bottle at DHVL Gardenparty and Beerfestival 2009. Pours hazy red with a small pink head. Dry almondish cherry aroma. Acidic and cherry dry almondish flavoured. Slight bitterness lurking through. Cherry citric flavoured into the finish. Quite simple cherry dry Belgian beer.

Bottle at DHVL. Pours cloudy ruby coloured with a small light pink head. Aromas of pistachios, cherries and sugar. Thin flavour with notes of cherries and malt.

Red with lasting pinkish head. Aroma of cherry with wood and funk. Dry an funky cherry flavour with a medicinal note.

33cl bottle @ DHVL. Pours dark red with a small creamy head and lacings. Nose is citric and sweet of cherries and almond. A bit of tart acetone. Sticky and smooth. Very Kriekenlambic like. Fresh!

330ml Bottle - Red in colour. Sharp and musty aroma with an abundance of fruity cherry notes. Sweet and slightly medicinal cherry taste, with a slightly tart element. Not bad and fairly drinkable.
