Home 20110225 (33 cl bottle): A light amber colour with a huge brown-like head. A light burned malty arome with some caramel, wheat, fruity/nuts. Also some hops which give not a briljanr smell. A sweetness taste with caramel and a malty bitter taste. Als some yeast and hops at the end. A dry bitterness.

Pours a nice looking clear, brown-amber with a generous soft, off-white head that fades slowly, leaving some lacing. Nose is fruit and caramel, complemnted by some wheat character (cloves), earthy yeast, some sharp character (I think thatís from the rye), hints of chocolate and some flowery hops. Crisp and lightly tart in the mouth, but with malty, caramel overtones, a slight mustiness on the back end and lemon zest on the swallow. All this coupled by a nice, refreshing hop bitterness. Iím really enjoying this one.
