COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle: Pasteurised.
A pale beer made with a proportion of wheat. Marked on bottle: "Unfiltered wheat beer from Belarus". Website indicates the beer is pasteurised and force carbonated. Brewing process is - barley and wheat malt, low fermentation temperature, and at least two weeks cool "stabilisation".

Hazy light honey color, nice white head which stays as a ring. Dough and bananas in the nose, some bread notes. Sweet and sour taste. Medium body, lively carbonation, sour finish with a hint of bitterness.

(Bottle 0.5 l / 1/3 of a bottle) Yellow, hazy, untransparent color. Medium sized, white, fast to medium fast falling head, lacing. Oily texture, medium carbonation, medium body. Aroma: Medium sweet to sweet, yeasty, esters, banana, slightly notes of grain and wheat. Taste: Watery, medium sweet. Slightly sour, unpleasant. Banana, soft notes of clove. Just weizen, average aroma, unpleasant watery and light sourness in taste.

Taste: Spicy, clove, banana, wheat malts, coliander, yeasty, sour. Medium body, medium carbonation, creamy texture, sweetish/spicy finish, sourish aftertaste.

Good aroma of yeast and clove. Medium head but quickly disappearing. Yellow hazy body. Pleasant taste of clove and yeast, not very sweet and not intensive taste of bananas but very pleasant drinking.

Aroma: wheat, banana. Pale, cloudy, with smaller head than most wheat beers. Medium sweetness. Flavour is rich in wheat, little yeast (which I like in this case). Average carbonation, light body. Altogether nice, drinkable wheat beer.
