Bottle. [thanks Søren og Feldthaus]
Clear golden with a big, frothy, white head. Aroma is sharpish, light medicinal, malty, light oranges, light smoky. Highish carbonation, fine dry mouthfeel. Flavour is elegant, dry, white pepper, light grapefruit, some good grapefruity zesty bitterness at the end. Quite lovely.

10/10/9/10/6/10

Botle at ’t Kroegske. Hazy golden with a small head. Complex spicy fruit aroma. Orange zest, spices, cedar wood, talc. Recommended.

Bottle, 75 cl. Tasted yesterday with Marc D. Hazy golden color, with oof-white head. Aroma hops, herbs. Medium body. This beer got a taste a bit like gueuze, sourness, yeast, bitterness. Think it’s very refreshing on a warm summer day. But personal i like more the Kroegbier Wit.

Medium dense, just off-white head; yellow beer with greenish haze. Again the chlorine nose, but this time I somehow connect it to the hops. Grassy, garden herbs. Citrussy, lemony, phenolic to an enormous extent. It remembers me completely of the yellow plastic lemonjuice concentrate bottles, that are supposed to be an alternative to pressing the fruit. My wife claims magnesium sulphate, but not knowing this, I have no opinion. We concluded that the end of the bottle was more interesting, the yeast giving off some creamy bitterness. Very refreshing, a bit aggressive MF. I wonder where I get the chlorine from - the Cascade? Unbelievable phenolic load (due to the Wyeast type, Danny admits).
