thedm (3406), Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA Nov 18, 2006 This draft brew from the brew pub poured a small sized head of foam with a frothy top tan colored bubbles that were long lasting and left behind a transparent softly carbonated golden brown colored body and an excellent lacing. The mild aroma was bready and dough. crisp and clean . The flavor contained notes of malt hops and Irish red malt. An OK brew just nothing special. argo0 (6176), Washington DC, USA Aug 6, 2006 Clear copper body with beige head. Aroma is medium sweet, orange/floral, some caramel. Taste is medium sweet, caramel, chocolate, orange, melon, light butterscotch. Light-medium body. hophead75 (1668), Boonton, New Jersey, USA Jun 29, 2006 sampler. amber with a small off white head. Carbonation wasn’t there on this beer. Aroma was barely discernable, as was mostly of light malty sweetness. Taste was light sweet malt, thin bodied, with a touch of roast and maybe chocolate. Light bitter finish. freekyp (796), Thomasville, North Carolina, USA Oct 11, 2005 Light reddish brown with a very weak off white head this beer has an unfinished malty scent. Medium bodied, the mouthfeel was soft and a bit gritty on the finish. Notes of vegetable and dust permeate the flavor. Not good.
