Dec 26, 2006 on tap-pours a creamy tan head and bronze color. Aroma is faint caramel. Taste is spices, medium malt-caramel, secondary hops bitterness. OK/mild carbonation.

Dec 21, 2004 On tap at the brewpub. Red and orange and clear with a nice tan head. Aroma of cinnamon and nutmeg. Ok beer. The spices didn’t blend well, or they used to much of them. Malty. Ok beer.

Dec 18, 2004 Tap at the brewpub. Red-orange and clear, tan head. Aroma of spice (cinimon/nutmeg?) and hops, that just doesn’t blend well. Too much spice? Flavor is very hoppy with the spices again, but a decent amount of malt. The flavors do not mesh very well. Too much spice in this one.
