Pours a nice yellow with little head. Sometimes it can be watery and other it can be a nice hoppy taste. Everyone needs to make a few trips to this bar to give it a fair score. 2nd favorite beer at this bar.

Deep golden pour with tight white head and lace. Medium malt on the nose. Semi sweet start with a dry finish and light bitter finish. Light/medium bodied beer that is just a tad over carbonated. Nice balance and I enjoyed the light bitter.

Amber gold coloring, with a malty and almost sweet flavoring which keeps it from having the crisp taste I like in a style like this. Needs hops. I don’t understand brewpubs who design their beers around beers that already exist, and this one seems to be designed to appeal to the BMC fans of remote Northern New Jersey.

This draft brew from the brew pub poured a head of foamy fine to large sized tan colored bubbles that were long lasting and left behind a light orange brown colored body. The aroma was hoppy and malty. The crisp and clean smooth mouth feel was weakly tingly at the start and at the finish. The flavor contained notes of malt and dough. A decent one that I would consider buying again. It was thin but yet crisp and satisfying.

Clear apple juice body with off-white head tht leaves decent lacing. Aroma is mild, medium sweet, some berry. Taste is medium sweet, orange, some cereal, biscuit, berry, light grapefruit. Light body.

sampler at brewpub. Light orange with a small off white head. Aroma and taste is both of balanced malt and hops, not bad overall for that type of beer.

It seems that all of Kroghs beers have a very soft undercarbonated mouthfeel. Perhaps something in the mountain water. This brew was lightly hopped with a light amber body and small white head. Decent lacing with a cereal grainy finish.
