For non alcoholic its palatable. Ordered by accident, but that means I can have something else. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

330 ml bottle, from the Norwegian importer. ABV is less than 0.5%. Clear pale golden colour, moderate white head. Aroma of malts, wort, maize and cooked vegetables. Slightly sweet and malty flavour, but a moderate fruity acidity makes the beer fairly drinkable. Not the worst n/a beer I’ve had.

Bottle @ V Deep, Leith. Looks ok nice pale lager look. Nose is corn, grass and hay. Taste is very sweet, with a bitter finish.

[2015-07-08] Kullankeltainne, vaahtoaa kaadettaessa runsaasti. Tuoksu on mieto ja koostuu lähes yksinomaan ohramaltaasta, ei käytännössä ollenkaan katkeroita. Maku on epämiellyttävän makea ja vailla katkeruutta. Vetinen ja miedosti hiilihapotettu.

To be honest I have not tried many alcohol free beers but this ain’t bad. Drunk from the bottle straight from the fridge. Nice pils taste. Let my eldest son try it and he didn’t even realise it was alcohol free. Another winner in my eyes.

Bottle (330 ml) bought @ Épicerie Lauzière. 06.03.15

Appearance: Clear pale golden with small white and some lacing.

Aroma: Super skunky with grains, sweetness notes and herbal presence.

Taste: Quite skunky as well with corn (?), herbal presence and medium sweetness that is cloying because there’s nothing else.

Palate: Light to medium body. Moderate carbonation. Skunky finish. Lingering corn sweetness.

Overall: That one was pretty bad... skunky and overly sweet. There’s a world apart between this s***ty beer and Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier Alkoholfrei that I tried a few days ago.

Where and how: Gift Bottle 330 ml.
Aroma grainy, worty with mild skunk to it. Tad surphuric with citrusy hop zest.
Appearance :
Top: presentable, lasting snowy white cap. Sparse lace.
Base: clear golden.
Palate : medium bodied with thinner end. Average carbonation.
Taste: reminds me bit of kvass but not as sweet. Bready notes, with lemongrass like hop hints.
Other notes your typical euro non alcoholic lager. Mid tier.

Single bottle from Liquor Depot, served in a nonic pint. Pours golden yellow with light carbonation and a puffy, pearlescent white cap with amazing retention, leaving goodly rings of lace. Aroma is tomato/vegetal, a touch metallic, with unsweetened malt presence; flavor is much better than the aroma, with a good deal more malt than veggies, and with pleasantly light sweetness creeping in. Good levels of hop bitterness, too. Thin-bodied, and a nicely crisp, dry finish. THIS is the ne plus ultra of alkoholfreis in my mind to date...just a really, really good pilsner that can stand proud with its alchoholized brethren. I really need to buy and enjoy this more often.
