3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
As dark as it can be with the barest of russet notes in the dimple of the glass, a filthy grey coloured head that seemed to leave lace on the side of the glass. A little chocolately with some dusty grain on the nose and cocoa and charry burnt fruitbread flavour. Some currant flavour as well. A tasty enough brew and suited to a massive stein on a warm evening. Now. I need me a stein.

Brunatne piwo o średniej pianie, która utrzymuje się do końca w formie pierścienia przy brzegu szkła. Aromat i smak kawowy. Goryczka niska. Ogólnie dość udany schwarzbier, wyraźna kawa w smaku i aromacie to główne cechy tego piwa.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
caramel, bread, chocolate, coffee, grass, herbs, brown, black, clear, minimal head, tan foam, medium sweetness, lightly bitter, light body, thin feel, average carbonation, bitter
Nice malty aromas with dark cocoa/coffee hints. Hops very low key. Medium carbonation with tan foam. A bit thinner then aromas would suggest - I thought it would be fuller bodied, and this feels a bit watered down. Mild bitter finish, again bringing to mind coffee.

50cl bottle at Rakija Bar Kaldrma, Skopje. Pours close to black with a fairly decent, beige head. Malty aroma with bready notes and hints of caramel and roasted notes. Nice change from the domestic pale lagers of Macedonia.

I had this at Global Brew. Pours black with a tan head. Taste caramel, roasted malt, very mild. I thought this was okay. I could drink this again.

1.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Somewhat surprising that the Brewer listed this beer as being fully flavoured. Bland schwarzbier with no head or character.
