Why should we strive constantly to try to improve an already excellent flavor ever? It is one of our strengths, we can recognize that when a product perfected and completed in flavor. We believe in modern continuity and stability as strengths of Krombacher - constant in quality, resistant to the taste. An achievement that we will not sacrifice lightly. The Christmas Song tells the quietly resting at sea, as we feel it with our beer. In peace lies both the strength and the indulgence.

Nature has provided us with its mountain spring water ® richly rewarded. We also feel this as a mandate and responsibility to consider also Krombacher Pils as a gift and preserve this jewel of nature pure. The mountain spring water ® is the most important component for the unique quality and distinctive taste experience of a Krombacher lager. A Krombacher stands for naturally fresh beer enjoyment and a fine, spicy aroma. How many generations in the future, our passion is the preservation of this achievement.

Large fine white head, yellow body. Lime and citrus nose, grass and herb taste, some farmhouse hay. Bubbily clean palate, not bad.

Yellow liquid bellow a nice white head, aroma of malt and vanilla quite weak but pleasant, malt sweet flavor with flowery notes rather boring, nice summer beer.

Goes down fairly well - smooth, but not a lot of taste. The sort of lager that would quench a curry nicely, but you couldn’t quaff it all night.

Drank it with El Salvadorans Ratebeerians. Brought it from Panama. This truly is a Classic German Pilsener. Very grassy and dry hops.

Bottle. Clear golden with a medium white head. Aroma of grains and corn. Sweetish grainy flavor with some vegetables notes, and light, slightly grassy, bitterness in the finish. Light-bodied. A rather poor Pils.

A Christmas present. Yellow, fizzy, perfumed with some cardboard to it. What can I say; it was a lager.

decent head and nice hop aroma the rest very predictable, bitter finish, light, not offensive at all, but not that interesting, quite clean tasting, not inspiring

0.5l can found in a Getro store in Zagreb. Poured a clear golden body with a big thick white head that went away rather fast. Fine malty aroma. Dry grainy maltiness, fine pollen and some slightly acidic hoppy bitterness, that just about reaches the aftertaste. Simple, clean as some say, nothing to write home about.

Tasted at Brics Inn Jyväskylä. Pale golden yellow head. Mild slightly grassy taste. Not very bitter hoppiness.

Not bad. A full bodied pils that does not rely on higher than normal alcohol to get its point across. Looks and smells textbook with a golden amber hue, fizzy white head and a wheaty grainy nose. Palate is quite sharp with what seems to be a serious aniseed bitter edge. Has a tinge of sweetness in there as well but essentially this is a dry pils. Good fizz levels for summer drinking.
