Why should we strive constantly to try to improve an already excellent flavor ever? It is one of our strengths, we can recognize that when a product perfected and completed in flavor. We believe in modern continuity and stability as strengths of Krombacher - constant in quality, resistant to the taste. An achievement that we will not sacrifice lightly. The Christmas Song tells the quietly resting at sea, as we feel it with our beer. In peace lies both the strength and the indulgence.

Nature has provided us with its mountain spring water ® richly rewarded. We also feel this as a mandate and responsibility to consider also Krombacher Pils as a gift and preserve this jewel of nature pure. The mountain spring water ® is the most important component for the unique quality and distinctive taste experience of a Krombacher lager. A Krombacher stands for naturally fresh beer enjoyment and a fine, spicy aroma. How many generations in the future, our passion is the preservation of this achievement.

Pours a beautiful white frothy head and golden coloured body. Not overly tart. A well-rounded beer.

Good typical German Beer. I’ve had a few stronger pils, but this one doesn’t bite back too hard. Its a good beer.

UPDATED: MAY 4, 2003 Germany"s high priced market leader. A well balanced pilsener with hoppy and malty flavours and too much character to be called typical. If you like the style this one is a try.

Very nice aroma. Beutiful white foamy head of tiny bubbles. Leaves a nice lacing down the glass. Nice mouth feel but lacking in hops or distinctive character. Nothing wrong specifically but it could be kicked up a bit.

Damn it. This kid went to the beer store and brought me this! I asked for a 1.99 single Bells beer but instead I got Krombacher. When I poured it in the glass and to my dismay, the color was of yellow urine. Then I examined the bottle further and noticed the "PILS". I hate pilser. Well, at least this one was a little better that High Life.

Some malt, some yeasty tang in aroma...Color standard medium-gold but had nice head and lace...Nicely hopped flavor with discernible malt beneath it...Medium-dry finish...Body is good for this style--has a nice roundness to it...Quite good overall.

Golden color, off-white, creamy head. Had more hops than a typical pils, and a little more weight. Actually, it made for an interesting quaff.

Light gold color, large head. Crisp and refreshing. Light malt and hops. Nice balance. Smooth taste. Mouthfeel is full round and smooth. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter. Nice pilsner.
