Why should we strive constantly to try to improve an already excellent flavor ever? It is one of our strengths, we can recognize that when a product perfected and completed in flavor. We believe in modern continuity and stability as strengths of Krombacher - constant in quality, resistant to the taste. An achievement that we will not sacrifice lightly. The Christmas Song tells the quietly resting at sea, as we feel it with our beer. In peace lies both the strength and the indulgence.

Nature has provided us with its mountain spring water ģ richly rewarded. We also feel this as a mandate and responsibility to consider also Krombacher Pils as a gift and preserve this jewel of nature pure. The mountain spring water ģ is the most important component for the unique quality and distinctive taste experience of a Krombacher lager. A Krombacher stands for naturally fresh beer enjoyment and a fine, spicy aroma. How many generations in the future, our passion is the preservation of this achievement.

Well this is a rather tasty and full German pilsner. Malty aromas with some fruit. Tastes very sweet malty, crispy and hoppy. More bitter and fruity in the finish. Medium bodied and average carbonation. Decent.

Bottle: Clear golden pour with a medium white head, Aroma is light malts, watery, a slight fruity aroma, and a slight tinge of skunk. Taste is nicely bitter, crisp, malts, very lightly hopped, and watery. A rather bitter and long palate is enjoyable. Overall, I liked this Classic German Pilsener. Itís crisp, full of flavor and thirst quenching. For the style itís really good!!!!

Gold to orange coloured beer, with a frothy white head. A weak, hoppy nose with a hint of malt. The taste is dry, hoppy and slightly metallic. There is some malt in the finish. (Bottle).

Ok, Iím not a pilsner fan, but this one wasnít too bad. It poured clear golden yellow with a gigantic head, great lacing, and carried with it a full flavor. Unfortunately, this one had the usual grassy pilsner hoppy flavors (which I donít like), but if you like Pilsners (and within style), this one was pretty darned good. I just canít bring myself low enough to buy a pilsner for myself (not my cup of tea, but Iíll give it props for what it is).

330ml can during a summer holiday at Crete. Pale golden. Rocky foam diminishing after a few minutes. Malty aroma. Hops and malts in the taste. Short bitter aftertaste. Medium carbonation (02.06.2006).

Best pilsener I have found in Korea. Light body and only decent hops put it well ahead of hite and cass. Rather dry for a pilsener with nothing to compliment the bitter hops, maybe im just craving a good ale.

UPDATED: JUL 31, 2006 (Bottled) Clear, golden color with a small, a bit lacy head. Toffeeish-malty, somewhat buttery and grassy hoppy aroma with fruitiness and hints of alcohol. Quite malty, toffee-buttery flavor with birch leaves, mild and soft hopping, and lots of lemon with some acidity in the dryish finish. Medium-bodied, somewhat carbonated palate. A well-made, quite malty and clean German pils. Clearly better than the draught version (which was served much colder, though). (Draught@William K., Kurvi, was 4-3-5-3-9=2.4) Clear, golden color with a small, white head with some lace. Lemony, slightly harsh-hoppy aroma with hints of sourness. Acidic, sweetish, honey-malty flavor with low bitterness and some butter. Light-bodied, but not watery, quite refreshing palate. A reasonable, easy and sweet pils with not much hops involved.

(0.5L Bottle) Pours golden with a large, lasting head. Creamy mouthfeel with crisp taste of hops. The finish is dry and a bit bland.
