Bottle. Cloudy amber with white head. Paper and a little orange in the nose, bready taste and oxidation. Full-bodied, very carb’d, papery, bready finish.

33cl bottle, small sample. The aroma has banana, citrus, some grain. Hazy, yellow-orange coloured beer with a firm, white head. The taste is quite sweet, citric, has some banana, just a little artificial. Yhough overall pretty nice for an alkoholfrei beer.

Drinking from a 50cl bottle. A slightly sweet aroma, banana I would say. The unclear yellow-orange beer has a big white soapy head that sticks for some time. The taste is more sweet then a regular Weizen, but that makes it pretty drinkable. You don’t even miss the alcohol in it and that is always a great achievement when brewing an alcohol free beer. Medium carbonation.

330 ml bottle from premiumnearbeer.com. Pours a cloudy dull golden colour with small white head. Aroma has mellow banana and wheat. Flavour is banana, wheat and a bit of a chemically note that seems to typify non-alcohol beers. Predictably watery. Pretty average for a regular beer, but quite impressive for a dealcoholized one.

500ml bottle @ Pizza Hut in Berlin. Cloudy amber brown with massive foamy head. Banana wheat aroma & flavour. Spicy aftertaste but watery and insipid, lacking bite. OK for an alcohol free beer.

Aroma of wheat, banana. Slightly sweet. One of the better non-alcoholic beers I’ve had.

500ml bottle from local hypermarket in Helsinki, large frothy mostly lasting off-white head, hazy amber-yellow colour with tiny particles, good lacing. Aroma is medium malty, grain mostly with a light hint of citric hops, banana is the most dominating aspect however. Taste is slightly sweet and acidic at first and develops a hint of bitterness towards the almost nonexistent and slightly metallic finish, dry texture, lively carbonation. Like a tolerable wheat beer, doesn’t really match up to the generic German hefeweizen but surprisingly good, better than many half-assed attempts at wheat beer here anyway. And by far the best non-alcoholic beer I’’ve tasted ever.
