3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
pours hazy golden with a tall creamy white head, excellent retention and lacing - ok, impressed already. wheat, very hitn of acidity, classic german yeast (with slightly less esters than alcoholic versions), floral-grassiness, yeasty - dustiness?. soft carbonation, light body - even some texture, lightly sweet and herbal-citrusy finish. would even say it’s underrated ;)

500ml bottle @ Pizza Hut in Berlin. Cloudy amber brown with massive foamy head. Banana wheat aroma & flavour. Spicy aftertaste but watery and insipid, lacking bite. OK for an alcohol free beer.

Aroma of wheat, banana. Slightly sweet. One of the better non-alcoholic beers I’ve had.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
500ml bottle from local hypermarket in Helsinki, large frothy mostly lasting off-white head, hazy amber-yellow colour with tiny particles, good lacing. Aroma is medium malty, grain mostly with a light hint of citric hops, banana is the most dominating aspect however. Taste is slightly sweet and acidic at first and develops a hint of bitterness towards the almost nonexistent and slightly metallic finish, dry texture, lively carbonation. Like a tolerable wheat beer, doesn’t really match up to the generic German hefeweizen but surprisingly good, better than many half-assed attempts at wheat beer here anyway. And by far the best non-alcoholic beer I’’ve tasted ever.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle (330 ml). Hazy yellow/orange with a huge slowly diminishing white head and little lacing. Aroma of banana, wheat, slight acidic presence and slight herbal presence. Taste is slightly sweet with banana esters, light tartness, herbal notes and light fruits. Alcohol well hidden (calm down, it’s a joke). Light body. Low carbonation. A tad watery. I’m really impressed by this alcohol free beer. It’s light, but it’s still quite tasty. The Weizen aroma/taste are there, and better than in a lot of Weizen with alcohol.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20
(MA 170613) (743-150713)

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Single brown bottle from Marché Omni. Pours a hazy golden-orange colour with a huge creamy, off-white head that lasts forever (it seems), leaving dirty foam lacing. Wheat nose with some honey and hints of bananas. The taste is where you can finally see that this is a low-alcohol beer, as it is weaker than the rest. Still decent and refreshing with notes of fruits, wheat. Probably the best looking low-alcohol brew on the market, that is overall pretty decent.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle from S-market, Kemi. Beautiful light orange coloured hazy beer, big off-white frothy head. Sweet wheaty aroma and taste with herbs. Some artificial sweetness usual to low alcohol beers. A bit watery too but not still bad.
