Nice aroma mix of banana, caramel and spice. Muddy tan appearance with a fluffy head. Taste is sweet fruity caramel with a hint of spice. Puffy body that was well carbonated. This is an okay example of this style.

Bottle @ bolero Lübeck. Marrone opalescente con schiuma beige fine ed abbastanza persistente. Aroma di frumento, un accenno di banana e speziata al coriandolo. Aroma poco intenso. Gusto abboccato, acidulo, corpo debole estremamente carbonata. Non troppo armonica ma abb. Equilibrata

Sehr dunkelbraun, ja fast schwarz im Glas mit dunkelbeigem stabilem Schaum. Der Geruch ist angenehm malzig-hefig-mild! Im Antrunk präsentiert sich das Bier malzig-hefig, weich. Aber irgendwie wässrig bzw. neutral. Diese "neutrale" Note ist auch im Hauptteil deutlich spürbar, zu dem weichen hefig-süßlichen Aroma gesellen sich dunkle Malzaromen, die ausgewogen und angenehm passen. Auch ist die verwendete Hefe absolut geschmacklich einwandfrei und erzeugt tolle bananig-weiche Aromen. Der Nachgeschmack ist noch ganz leicht röstmalzig, angenehm weich-mild, ganz leicht herb und fein malzig-süßlich! Anklänge an Vollmilchschokolade. --> ein leckeres dunkles Weizen, auch wenn es auf Grund dieser "neutralität" im Hauptteil leider nicht an das tolle helle Weizen aus gleichem Hause heran reicht. Trotzdem sehr lecker!

Unclear dark red brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, wheat, moderate yeasty, banana. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130427]

Bottle@home, 500ml. Head: enormous, beige foam. Colour: clear dark brown at first, hazy after pouring heffe. Aroma: bananas, citrus. Taste: mild bitter-sour. Palate: refreshing, light bitter sour finish, lots of CO2. Overall: nice.
