1664 White is a fresh and fruity white beer. Because of its flavor and its design, it embodies the elegance and taste of French in the world of wheat beers. Authentic, it is accessible and slightly fruity, revealing subtle aromas of citrus, lemon and coriander.

Pours pale yellow with a thick white head. Sweet and citrusy (orange and lemon) taste. Abit too thin for me. Had a few in Paris during my Europe trip Jun 2015 (super hot weather that time 34°C), so when ever I had one it reminds me of Paris.

On tap @ Sheremetyevo Airport, Moscow. Pours hazy yellow, white foam, kind of like I would expect a witbier to look like. Aroma is very perfume, too perfume actually, there is some orange peel and bubblegum. Taste is also very orange-forward, I wonder if they are using too much extract to get this flavour? Does feel artificial and too sweet. Also, I am drinking this in Moscow, so I am quite sure that this was not brewed in France but somewhere in Russia by Baltika (Carlsberg). Doesn’t really feel like a beer but more like some beer cocktail to be honest.

A refreshing a crisp spring/summer beer. Nice aroma and appearance with good, lasting head and lacing. Taste is fruity like peaches and lemonade but something different than both of those. Figs perhaps. Agree with another reviewer who said that the taste was artificial. It’s not a bad flavor, though. On the finish, I detect a hint of coriander on the palate and some sour acidity. Was not expecting such a beer from this brewer. Would buy again.

0,33l bottle. Pale, little hazy yellow colour with quickly dispearing creamy white head. Aroma: Citrus, fruity, yeasty. Taste: Sweet malts, citrus, banana, slightly bitter, some sourness is hiding. Light body, medium carbonation. A bit sour but pleasent finish. At summer it’s great light drinking beer. Refreshing.

Flaska hos syrran. Dimmig ljusgul vätska med vitt skum. Doftar friskt av citrus och koriander. Mycket fräsch och lättdrucken. Noll beska, men fin sötma. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

As a complete beer novice, this has been my first introduction to beer (that I have actually enjoyed). Would recommend to late bloomers and those who have sworn off beer. Very light bodied, thin, and carbonated with citrus overtones and a hint of coriander.

Hazy straw yellow pour with creamy white head. Surprisingly good lacing with aroma of skunk and grass. Sweet flavor with fruit, sugar, and touch of skunk. Worst beer I’ve had in a while.
