1664 White is a fresh and fruity white beer. Because of its flavor and its design, it embodies the elegance and taste of French in the world of wheat beers. Authentic, it is accessible and slightly fruity, revealing subtle aromas of citrus, lemon and coriander.

I tried this beer on September 14, 2011 after purchasing a 6 pack from one of my local LCBP outlets. The beer poured a hazy yellow colour with no head. The aroma was apricots and not much else....reminiscent of the apricot nectar my dad used to buy when I was a small child. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with medium-high carbonation. The flavour was wheat malt, more appricots, and some mild skunkiness. I must admit, I love the aroma of this beer! Not your typical witbier, and I like that!

Large glass from draught in a Paris Cafe. Citrus witbier, very nice. Ok head over golden cloudt bier with a slice of lemon in it. Strong citrus aroma. Its not a genius beer but a nice one for a change.

Blonde trouble, laiteuse, mousse fugace. Nez fruité, blé et épices. La bouche est douce avec une acidulité et des notes d’orange et de coriandre. Peu d’amertume, pointe herbacée, rafraîchissante et légčre. Une peu trop douce, Blanche passe-partout.

Cloudy yellow color with a small white head. Delicious aroma of lemon. Not much favour. But fine beer for a summer day.

Cloudy yellow, bubbly head. Aroma of lemon-citrus, pineapple. Light, refreshing, sweet.

Szalmasárga és zavaros. Kiöntve pezseg ami be is tesz a habnak. Illata nem túl búzás, gyengécske. Ízét uralja a citromos karakter. Végén fűszeres (koriander) kevés komlós/keserű utóízzel. Középen édes viszonylag száraz. A komló íze engem az Arany Ászokra emlékeztet. (De lehet, hogy Borsodi...) Olyan, semmilyen.

Fancy blue bottle with a white label. Pours a hazy lemon yellow. Aroma is weird-- softly skunky euro-hop, wet hair, and oranges. Palate is even weirder-- dirty grains, no real wheat character to speak of, and gross curaçao orange essence. This tasted more like a shitty shandy than it did a wit. Poor.

Super fruity, right up the alley of Blue Moon or Schocktop drinkers. I also notied that this brand has about a million different beers.

Bottle. Smells like grapefruit and tastes like sweet lemonade. Not a big fan of sugar added to my beer. Pale yellow with a nice head. Refreshing but a bit sweet. Drinkable enough.

flavoured wheat beer, with glucose syrup, orange peel, and coridander. Light bodied beer with an orange blossom water taste, some creaminess, a bit of tang and citrus. Off-dry finish with a very mild short bitter finish. Short Length, Low-med complexity, low depth, but somewhat refreshing and sippable. Overall lacking in wow factor and quite predicable halfway through.
