3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draught at Cella, Helsinki, Finland.
Very hard to rate. This is not a regular witbier. Far from it. This is very FRUITY. More like fruit-juice than witbier. Anyway it is refreshing when you are having one.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
500 mL bottle. Found this in Ireland. Pours almost a neon, cloudy light yellow with a decent white head. Aroma is very floral, lemony, and spicy. Taste is watery with lots of lemon, grapefruit, coriander, and slight soapiness. I’m missing the yeast and cloves components. Decent, refreshing, light. But not very good for the style.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Not so bad as the others rated it. I’ve tasted a better item? So my beer has a pale yellow hazy appearance and a delicious white lacing head. In the nose i can feel some coriander, some honey and the topfermentation phenolic wheat perfume. The flavor was about citruses, some spices and a hint of yeast and wheat and honey too. It was fine. i don’t care the other raters:)

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
UPDATED: SEP 15, 2008 500ml bottle. There are similarities between this and Hoegaarden. There is a large white head, followed by yellow/orange colours. The taste is of a sweet citrus flavour, notice some lime, lemon and orange. A bit too like sweet orangeade for me Bottle is unique though.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Huge, dense head leaving shards of lace over hazy greenish-yellow, nearly fluorescent beer. Spicy, coriander in particular, soupy, faint (fake) citrus, but fresh-smelling. Wry, spicy taste. Coriander still obvious, but not imposing upon all other flavours; as the earthy, root-spice flavour proves. Faint citrus hints, as from diluted, sparkling lemonade. Refreshing, wheat slickness, creamy texture of the head, but empty in the end. Light, typical summerwheat for as large a public as possible.

4.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 19/20
A wonderful wheat beer that ranks right up there along side some of the great German and other continental wheat beers such as Hacker Pscorr Weiss beer, Erdinger and the classic Belgian Wheat beer Hoegarden. It has a wonderful texture and crisp fruity citrus flavours as it hits the palate. A truley wonderful beer!
